CEO Kenji Shimane
Shimanefs career covers two distinctive fields: one is from import/export business and the other from direct marketing/e-commerce.

During 20 years of his career in the direct marketing/e-commerce industry, he successfully directed and supported start-ups in Japan for four foreign affiliate companies. Through these launchings, he was specifically in charge of marketing, merchandising, operations, data processing (IT) and financing.

While his tenure at Damart Japan, a French mail-order company, he achieved the companies sales grow from approximately 1 million Euro to more than 40 million Euro in ten years. Then, his efforts went to new product development, and after a few years, the sales he had developed
took up 10% of the total sales of the company.

During the past two years, he served as CEO of a subsidiary of an American e-commerce company, and as director of venture capital for funding and business consulting.
